Goodbye 2011

The thing I enjoyed the most was going to Ngauawahia. I liked this because there was a hydro slide, a really cool flying fox, a swimming pool and a warm, long mud slide. There was a really cool playground because there was tunnels going underground like my photo.
This year I also learnt a lot in class, I learnt lots of new maths and reading and writing. Reading was my favourite because we got to do plays about our book.
2011 was really awesome!

Athletics

Athletics.

On athletics day which was on the 23rd of November I was 8 so I had to go in the 7 and 8 year old girls.

The first thing we did was 60 mater spirits and I think I won!!

The second thing we did was 200 mater sprints and I was In the sprint line number 1 and I was fast I won!!

I love athletics.

Long Jump

I can put my arms up high. I need to work on trying not to fall backwards.

Throwing

For athletics we have been practicing throwing and for throwing. We need to have strong arms.

We read a book called "Sky changes". We did the shadows experiment in the book.
